Refund policy

 

You can return any unworn items (in their original condition with tag) within 2 days of receiving your order for a full refund another item(s) from our store.

All returns should be sent Royal Mail First Class to the following address:

Our returns process is simple, just fill a Return Form and follow the steps below:

1. Contact us and inform about the return, fill in the return form (please remember no return will be accepted whitout return form) and send  email to contact@designyourstyle.net and wait until we process your request. 

2. Return your parcel using your preferred method. Please be aware that we don’t offer free returns. Postage is paid by the sender and will not be refunded by Design your style limited.

3. Keep your proof of return until you receive confirmation that we have received your return and approved. After that, you have 30 days to decide which item(s) you wish from our store. ( must be the same price or higher ).

4. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products: perfume ). We also do not accept for hygiene reason returns lingerie, sunglasses and jewellery.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please note that the return will not be accepted if the tag has been broken and attached in own way.

5. Clause regarding free shipping: If the value of purchases exceeded £100 and the customer availed of free shipping, in the event of a return reducing the total order value below £100, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
